Service Description

Power up with Neuro Pilates to address neurological complaints related with balance, flexibility and strength at Jo Murphy Pilates Home Studio (air-conditioned). We will include some chair based and supported standing movements to override tremor, improve the range of movement, posture, alignment, muscle and relaxation for those living with Parkinson's or similar. Bring your own mat along with a water bottle. Initial assessment session required.
